Affiliate disclosure

How this site makes money

Some links on Well Spent Mama are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a commission. You don't pay more.

Guides with affiliate links say so at the top, before the first link.

Amazon Associates

Well Spent Mama is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

iHerb and other stores

I may also link to iHerb and other stores through their affiliate programs or through networks such as Awin and Admitad. When you buy through those links, I may earn a commission.

Books and printables

I earn money when you buy a book from the Books section. Free pages are free, with no sign-up.

What this does and doesn't change

  • Commissions never decide a recommendation. Products I tell you to skip don't get affiliate links.
  • Brands can't pay to get into my buying guides or to change a verdict.
  • Sometimes a brand may pay me for a separate post about its product. That post will say “Sponsored” at the top, and I'll still only write what I actually think.
  • Prices and availability change. The store page always has the current price.
  • Nothing on this site is medical advice. Ask your doctor before starting a supplement.

Cookies

When you click an affiliate link, the store may set a cookie so it can credit the sale. That cookie belongs to the store, not to this site. More in the Privacy Policy.
